Filet MIGNON With Horseradish Sauce


1 Filet per Person
Beneva Mayweather’s All-Purpose Seasoning
Soy Sauce
Cooking Spray


Lightly spray frying pan with a cooking spray. In the heated pan (hot but not smoking), sear the meat on both sides to seal in juices. Season the filet with  Beneva Mayweather’s All-Purpose Seasoning and soy sauce. Transfer to the oven and cook at 450 degrees to desired doneness.

Hint: A meat thermometer for this and other meat dishes may be used to indicate if the cut is rare, medium or well done.

Horserandish Sauce


1 Cup of Sour Cream

1 Tablespoon of Horseradish Sauce

1/2 Teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce


Mix ingredients and blend well. Serve with the filet mignon.
